Understand the Basic, Verified, and Premium tiers and their maximum bid caps.

Bid limits protect the platform from unverified high-value bids. Your current tier and cap appear on /account/verification.

Tier summary

Basic — email verified only; lowest bid cap (platform default).
Verified — government ID approved; higher cap suitable for most land purchases.
Premium — admin-assigned for institutional or repeat buyers; no cap or very high cap.

Upgrade your tier

Go to /account/verification.
Upload a government-issued photo ID and optionally proof of address.
Wait for admin review (usually 1 business day).
Approval email arrives — your new limit activates immediately.
