Promoting inventory items to auction lots

Inventory items are a staging area for assets before they go to auction. You can pre-enter parcel data, photos, and documents, then convert to an auction lot in one click.

1. Create or import items in Admin → Inventory.
2. Select one or more items and choose Convert to Lot.
3. Pick the target auction and confirm lot numbering.
4. Review the lot page and publish when ready.
