• Buyer’s premium & fees. Any buyer’s premium, taxes, recording fees, or closing costs disclosed on the auction or lot may be added to the hammer price.
• Non-performance. Winning bidders who fail to complete the purchase may be charged fees and may lose bidding privileges, as described in Bidyear’s platform terms.
• Platform terms. Use of Bidyear is also governed by our site Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
