Bidyear is an online auction marketplace built for land and general asset sales. Sellers publish timed auctions with lots (individual items or parcels). Bidders browse publicly, register, and place bids. When time expires, winners receive invoices and complete payment through the platform.

Core flow

  1. Seller creates an auction and adds lots (with photos, parcel data, documents).
  2. Auction goes live — bidders search, watch, and bid.
  3. Anti-snipe may extend the end time if bids arrive in the final minutes.
  4. Auction closes — lots sell or pass (reserve not met).
  5. Winners pay invoices; sellers receive settlement statements.
Tip: You can browse auctions and read help articles without an account. Bidding requires registration, email verification, and a payment method on file.
