Admin → Lots → Create. Choose auction, lot number, title, starting bid, reserve, increment. Land categories expose structured fields: acreage, parcel ID, zoning, county, coordinates, utilities, title status, and more.

  1. Upload images and due diligence PDFs in the lot media manager.
  2. Enter latitude/longitude for the map pin on the public lot page.
  3. Use bulk CSV import for many parcels at once (Admin → Lots → Bulk Import).
