Help Center and community forum

The Help Center (/help) is a searchable knowledge base organised by category. The Community Forum (/forum) is a moderated discussion board where buyers and sellers share tips, post questions, and get answers from the community and Bidyear staff.

1. Search the Help Center from /help or the top search bar.
2. Can't find your answer? Click "Ask in Forum" on any help article.
3. In the forum, choose the right category and use descriptive post titles.
4. Mark a reply as the answer to close your question thread.
