Wallet top-up and balance

Add funds to your Bidyear wallet to pay deposits and ad campaigns faster.

The Bidyear wallet is a prepaid balance usable for bid deposits and advertising campaign spend. It is not used for paying winner invoices (those go card-direct to the seller).

  1. Go to /account/wallet.
  2. Click Top Up and enter an amount (minimum $50).
  3. Pay via Stripe — funds appear immediately.
  4. Wallet balance is shown in the account header and deducted as you spend.
Tip: Unused wallet balance is refundable. Contact support to request a withdrawal to your payment method.
