Consignors consign property to your auction house. Link inventory or lots to a consignor so statements and commissions stay accurate.

Admin → Consignors → Create — enter contact details and default commission rate %.
Generate a portal magic link for read-only access, or send an account invite so they can log in.
After invite, consignors use /account/consignor to edit titles, descriptions, and land fields — not pricing or status.
When adding inventory, select the consignor on the item.
Download a consignor PDF statement from Admin → Consignors → Statement.

Tip: House-owned inventory (no consignor) keeps full net proceeds minus platform fees. Consigned lots split per the active contract rate.
